Can Heapso write to my exam board's A level specification?

Choose the subject and add your board's specification, and Heapso plans to that subject at A level. Check topic coverage against the board's own specification, which we link to. Heapso never copies specification content.

Why do some subjects show no specification code?

We only show codes we have checked on the exam board's own website. CCEA's subject pages don't show codes, so CCEA specifications are listed by name. If a code is missing, follow the link to the board.

When is A level taught?

A level courses are usually taught in Years 12 and 13 in England and Wales, Years 13 and 14 in Northern Ireland.

A level lesson planning by exam board

Plan A level and AS lessons against your board's specification. Choose the subject, and Heapso shows each board's specification name and code with a link to the board's own page.
